Can I cancel my order?Contact us immediately via email support@kanvuswoman.com or WhatsApp. Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped. After that, order processing begins and changes aren’t possible. |
What if the item is out of stock after I place an order?If an item becomes unavailable, we'll reach out within 2 business days to offer an exchange, delay, or cancellation option. |
Shipping & Delivery
What delivery options are available?We offer standard express shipping with tracking. Delivery times may vary—especially during sale events or unforeseen delays. |
How long will delivery take?Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery typically takes between 2–7 business days, depending on your location. |
What if my package hasn’t arrived?Track your order via the "Track My Order" section using your order or tracking number. If issues persist, reach out to our customer service via email at support@kanvuswoman.com or via WhatsApp. |
What happens if delivery fails?Our delivery agents generally attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails, they'll try to contact you. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us. |
Where does Kanvus ship?We ship across India (PAN India), using our own logistics network or trusted courier partners. |
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?We accept domestic Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, net banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and popular payment gateways like Paytm. |
How do I get a refund for COD orders?We’ll send a secure payment link (e.g., via Razorpay) via SMS or email. Use the link to submit your bank details and receive your refund safely. |
