What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns & Refunds?

  • Products purchased during sales and special promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. They can only be replaced in case of a manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of unused products within 7 days of delivery.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

  • Gift Boxes and orders with Free Gifts are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us via email at support@kanvuswoman.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Pick-up and return shipping for approved cases will be arranged by us.

In Case of Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, here’s what to do:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package, the opening process, and its contents.

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Claims made after 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How do I return a product?

Changed your mind? No problem. Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your bag by emailing us at support@kanvuswoman.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID. We’ll guide you through the process.

Can I return a bag after trying it on?

We don’t offer try-on services. However, if you’re not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days, as long as it is unused, with original tags, dust bag, and packaging intact.

How do I exchange for a different bag?

Simply let us know! You can exchange your product for another style or color within 7 days, subject to availability.

How long does it take to process a return or refund?

  • Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

How do I get a refund if I paid via COD?

For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll send you a secure payment link (e.g., Razorpay) via SMS or email. Just provide your bank details to receive your refund safely.

How do I check my return status?

You can track your return or exchange by emailing at support@kanvuswoman.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID. Our customer care team will update you on the status.

When will I receive the refund of my return?

  • Once your return request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 48–72 hours.

  • After the product is picked up and inspected, your refund will be initiated within the next 48–72 hours.

  • Refunds usually reflect in your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
